Are we safe at Middelburg Virgin Active

Someone bumped my car and drove off while parked on the side ways which had been a deemed parking area for 4.5 years I have been exercising there especially when the parking is full. When I approach the staff to check from the cameras who could have done that and possible talk about the incident between us and reach an agreement. I send from pillar to post until I phoned Head Office where I was referred back to the branch manager. She then told me she need the police to subpoena Virgin Active to provide them with the photo within a month from the date of the accident and that the photo was not clear anyway. I went to the police to open a case to get the case number for my insurance to help me the case and I was told this and that. Now I had to take my car for repair by my insurance with the possible excess payment. My problem is, there is a reckless person at Middelburg Virgin Active, who does as he please and Virgin Active is doing nothing about it. If their cameras are not clear, what is the point of having them. My takkies were also ****** from the ladies change house while I was taking a shower and I was told there are not cameras in the change room, so they cannot help
