APPARENTLY OWING VIRGIN ACTIVE

I used to have virgin active account years back ,today i received an email coming from debt collectors saying i'm owing Virgin active . I decided to call the debt collectors they could not answer my questions they said i must call virgin active. I did call virgin active trying to get answers spoke to the lady by the name of Fatima which she is not friendly at all she refused to give me her surname ,she said i must call the debt because i'm owing she said i did not cancel my membership they could not deduct because i had no money on my bank even now i don't have answers . If i'm owing virgin active why they could not call me or email me and say i'm owing , and boom email coming from debt collectors .I NEED ANSWERS IF I'M OWING AND TEACH YOUR STAFF MANNER'S
