Appalling service!!!

On Monday the 29th of March 2021 I reported to the manager on duty @Virgin Active Hillcrest kwaZulu Natal, by the name of Yvette that my Hugo Boss The Scent Absolute Her EDP 100ml was ****** from my locker, this was just after 8 in the morning, she went on to take my name, surname and number promising that she would get back to me, but here we are days later with no word from her or any representative of the club. What’s saddens me is the lack of urgency of the club’s management considering the value of the item (R1950.00) and gathering from the conversation I had with the manager it appeared that this is something that frequently happens at the gym.

I now fear that one day get back to my locker and my clothes will be gone. I want to cancel my membership quite frankly. Discussed and disappointed at the way members at treated at Virgin Active South Africa.
