Appalling service at Milpark Virgin Active

Milpark Virgin Active service is appalling. The sales team is unavailable to assist. The team lead literally walked away when she was supposed to assist. Unfortunately acquiring another customer was more important that assisting. There was no induction whatsoever. Step classes are not available at this gym. No one knows where the staff to assist is. Its just chaos.
