Appalling service!

"WHILE WE STAND BY OUR MOTTO THAT AT VIRGIN ACTIVE, EVERYONE’S WELCOME" This statement is not true, Virgin Active is prejudice as to who joins their gym, Menlyn Maine branch in particular. Their area manager has no sympathy whatsoever for anyone who is incapable of joining their gym. This was with regard to accessing prospective clients where she stated that an educator or an individual residing in Pretoria CBD or in the township will not afford to pay their fees. Virgin Active Menlyn maine also states that they are against any form of hate speech, racial **************, verbal and physical abuse yet this is how their seniors think of the company's potential clients. Their area manager, Cynthia then went on to undermine my intellect and continued lashing out insulting and demeaning comments. A company that discriminates against other people's social classes should not be allowed to conduct any business. Please help to avoid others from being trampled upon by arrogant employer
