Shocking. The service you receive is horrible, no email communication whats so ever! I have asked to cancel my auto renewal for my membership and freeze, I haven’t gotten an email back that isn’t a automated message. Disgusting service for such a large company. I demand someone from virgin to email me back telling me that my account is still being frozen and will be cancelled. Unfortunate that you can’t give 0 stars.
