Appalling Customer Service

Absolutely poor customer service from Virgin Active Centurion, *********** and arrogant sales manager, increasing monthly fees without any notice, staff not trained to resolve customer queries. Definitely doing justice to typical gym membership experience, ********* behavior, difficult and *********** in resolving customer queries. Stay away!
