App not working , telling me I am in arears??????????????????

I in rolled a month ago and they keep on telling me I am in arears. My App is not working, I am unable to book my classes. And every time I walk in the gym they tell me I am R75 in arears. Then you have to wait a couple of hours on the phone to speak to the head office because there service suck and when you get to a consultant they tell you it is fixed just to get into the gym and they tell you you are still in arears?
