App is horrible and poor customer service

App does not update visits. Due to this, I lost my 11 week streak. It has been 2 weeks with countless calls back and forth. They finally fixed it today but no reward was granted. No one gave me a call back with updates. Can't tell you how much airtime I have wasted.
