App is down for 15/16 & 17 Dec bookings. Plus poor maintenance at Morningside club

The app has not been updated for Sunday 15th, Monday 16th or Tuesday 17th Dec. (I have been checking daily since the 8th Dec) As a result I am unable to book a spinning class on Sunday 15th. When I phone, the receptionist tells me all the places are fully booked. How is this possible when the app is down? How has everyone else managed to book? The spinning studio at Morningside is not well maintained at all; bikes are in poor condition, when you report a fault with a bike, nothing gets done about it, speakers are regularly broken etc etc.
