App does not work. Rewards do not exist.

The Virgin Active app has not worked since I joined! Numerous phone calls and emails all reply with "this has been escalated". The IT department is useless and it is shameful that a multinational apparently cannot fix their app. Not only is the service abysmal but the advertising is also false as Virgin advertises rewards but no such rewards exist currently because the app is stuck in the stone ages.
