Apaulling Service

I am Virgin active member at Midrand Boulders Branch,which the club is charging full subscription fee for the incomplete services they providing . The steam room is this branch has not been working for almost two months now.and this is a service we pay for but it's not available. I have been writing emails to the company with no luck
