Anything for Fitness..
Just watched the 1 pm news and was lucky enough to find them showing interviews at the 2015 SA Health & Fitness Expo in Cape Town, We would have been devastated had we missed such a massive event. As regular visitors to the Clubs here we would expect to find some sort of advertising at the entrance and change rooms but we have not come across any. It is sad if something so huge has been overlooked...
