Any lie to make the sale

<p>I joined at the Roodepoort branch as it is close to where I live, I made it clear that I would need to change my home gym to Brigh****er Commons as this is close to my offices. They assured me that this is no problem and that I can do this at ant time in the first 30 days at no charge. I phoned today to change this and I was informed that there is an admin fee of R148 and my monthly fee will also increase. ***!!!!!!!</p>
