Antiquated Equipment at Sun Valley Gym

I am a long time member of VA and use the Sun Valley gym which is in Noordhoek, Cape Town. It appears VA have forgotten about this little far south corner of South Africa as the equipment is not only antiquated, but most of it is broken and remains unrepaired for many weeks. In addition management at the gym are very slack and have a "couldn't care" attitiude. I have complained by email to VA on the address "getintouch" and Yolisa rep**** to say she had escalated my email to management. I rep**** to say I wanted VA head office managment to reply to me and not Sun Valley managment as they are ineffectual, but after a repeated sending of my email to Yolisa there has been no reply, hence my next step of posting on Hellopeter. I am not the only member to express unhappiness about the equipment at this gym as there are many. I have challenged VA to put out a member survey to the members on the state of the gym and the equipment, so they can see for themselves I am not a lonely voice. I await a reply from VA head office managment.
