Anthony Plaatjies what a Gem!!!!!!!!!

This review is not for Virgin Active as they caused me allot of frustration. This review is purely for Anthony Plaatjies , what a super star. I have never dealt with someone so professional and consistent. He went out of his way to assist and resolve a very complicated query. I dealt with so many *********** staff before Anthony he was like an angel in a hell hole. That is the kind of staff that needs to train people on how to be a customer care consultant .
