Annoying calls False information

I have tried to cancel my membership with virgin active since October 2023 but they kept taking money from my account. I decided to block the debit order. Now I am receiving calls everyday asking for r305 and they don't seem to be able to explain it to me. At one point some of the callers will agree that virgin active owes me for the months that they debited me when membership was canceled. I'm tired of this company with their untrained *********** staff. They say different things every 2mins. Please virgin active I just want my money that you debited after cancellation. Please stop your *********** staff from calling my numbers its so annoying, with their accent and disrespect it's even worse. Lastly I don't owe you, you owe me
