Annoyed with staff

So annoyed with Virgin active right now!!! I called into cancel, I made a payment arrangement with the first guy that I spoke to he told me it was sorted and they won't debit my account yet they still debit my account now I am in a minus obviously they don't care about my mental health here- I am just trying to survive after losing my job due to covid ... I just can't deal with the financial stress ...did not think they will treat their clients like this.. I made a payment arrangement now with collections but this should have been done with my first call ... !!!!!!!!!!!!!im freaken annoyed

I cant even add their an email address its like they want to avoid the fact they are the problem... and please ask the staff to sound like they want to be there!!!
