Annoyed

Am not happy with the service I took a package thinking I will be moving to that area when am not moving to that area I’ve been told that I can’t change my club after 3 months then the lady dcd to put me on hold not even telling me why am being put on hold and not giving me any solution she was so rude and not helpful for the fact that she put me on hold it says a lot about VA
