Angry/naar customer

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst ****ing gym around. The **** they sell you is nothing compared to the **** you get. I have been attempting to close my account since last year September!!!! I have paid any fees that were due on my account and have since paid some type of fee every month for the past 10 Months because of an account that is in arrears. I have phoned, and I have emailed to make sure the account is closed, yet every month my account gets debited!!!? I have been thrown from pillar to post and spoken to multiple different people who have assured me my account is closed yet ***??? I am now sick and tired of Virgin Active!!! I would have never wasted my time if I knew it would eventually be such a headache and inconvenience. Seriously, don't waste your time, rather join a different gym, they sell you roses but give you ***s ****
