I must say I’m very disappointed in virgin active for employing people who aren’t bothered about customer services, I sent Amy Damons and email asking why I haven’t been debited and a few other questions, I even laid a complaint on Hello Peter , till date I haven’t been responded to, next thing you know my account will be in arrears all because of their negligence. I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman.
