Amazing service - The best customer experience I've enjoyed this year so far!

<p>I recently joined Virgin Active in Bright Water Commons, Randburg, and I must say it has been an absolute pleasure to date, The service you receive "does what it says on the tin", They have been nothing but professional and consistent, they've managed to keep all promises they've made, and they have been in constant communication with me, for any request or questions I've had (even came and seeked me out while I was working out because I had missed their telephone call earlier the same day!). I originally joined without Discovery Vitality, so they simply moved me over to a new profile within a day, and as promised a few days later I even got my pro-rated monthly fee refunded before the date they said it would be paid back, Matthew the sales person there has been a superstar, and I can't praise him highly enough for his care for customers and making good on as many promises as he could.......really, just honest, great service and it just motivates you to go back in there and workout everyday...</p>
