Amazing response
Just want to thank the virgin active team and Robyn for the smooth- amazing/fast response with regards to my situation. She literally got back to me in less than 1 hour with a solution (already sorted). Few days after, another agent contacted me with feedback and ANOTHER apology. Thank you all so much for making it a pleasant experience.
