Amazing biokinetics 'loftus virgin Active'

A shout out to my biokinetics Lindsey and Co at Loftus Virgin Active for an amazing session. Tough and challenging, and most importantly it gave me a great pump. Reminded me of how great I could be, considering how out of shape i am. Looking forward to many more sessions.
