Aircon malfunction, warm water coolers, upgrade

I have been a member of the Virgin Active N1 City gym for nearly 3 years now. Over the past few months the gym has declined rapidly. I attended the gym yesterday at around 17:30 and it was boiling hot inside. I asked a Virgin Active employee and he said that the air-con was in fact on. It is clearly then not able to handle the load of that particular building and must be repaired/replaced as soon as possible. It was again boiling hot this morning. The water coolers are almost always spewing out lukewarm water (that is when they are plugged in which is not always the case). Finally, friends who attend other Virgin Active gyms around Cape Town often say how sorry they feel for me and my mates who gym with me as the N1 City Virgin Active is the worst of all the Virgin Actives in Cape Town. Is there a plan to upgrade the gym in the near future? Old machines and free weights with a very cramped weight section. I left Planet Fitness with the hope of moving to a facility of a much higher standard. This is unfortunately no longer the case. I attended a recently built Virgin Active in Klerksdorp (yes it is in a remote area) but the facilities are fantastic. Gym upgrade is needed
