Aircon

I am a member at Potchefstroom. For some time now the aircon has been problematic. A few days ago a message appeared “ The aircon will be operating at 50 per cent until further notice “ Today it was operating at nil per cent. Surely Virgin Active owes it to its members to be more communicative about an issue as important as aircon. At least give an indication of what action is being taken and the duration. Your website is anything but easy to lodge a complaint. Peter Lee ***
