Air conditioning

Hi<br> <br> Just thought I would bring to your attention that there seems to be a problem with the air conditioning system in the Sunninghill gym as there is no airflow and the gym consistently seems stuffy and hot. I don't know whether this is because the staff turn the aircon temperature up or whether it is broken, but it makes training very unpleasant. I have tried to complain to staff before but the staff visibility is very poor- I can never find anyone to speak to that actually does something to fix the problem. As well as this, the vast majority of the treadmills do not have working fan/aircon function ie. the air vents on the machines are broken, further exacerbating the lack of airflow.<br> I would like to know what the situation is, whether the aircon is broken or just not being used properly and when the treadmills will be fixed, as I am paying a lot of money every month to use the gym which seems to have some maintenance issues.<br> <br> Thanks<br>
