***** Against My Name But I Should Pay

I wanted to join Virgin Active Three Rivers (Vereeniging) but I was told I owe something close to R1000 because I joined and I never paid them.

I informed them that I never joined the gym and they should cancel and s**** off the debt since it was not me but they want me to pay the money.

I am unable to join because of that money. ***** was made against my name and someone joined using my details but I have to pay for it.

I sent them my ID copy and proof of my signature as per their request but still they require that I pay.

I did not join nor sign anything from Virgin Active. They should give me the form that I apparently completed with the said signature, also produce CCTV footage showing me coming to the branch to join as this has never happened.

***** happened and I should pay for it. Virgin Active is okay with their employees committing *****.
