After 3 visits & payment - prices quoted increase

We went to Virgin to confirm quote for our family. We have been on vitality for more than 10 years. But we explained we had 3 new additions (foster children) being added to medical aid as well. They confirmed R1350 one off + R130pm for me and husband. Boys (age 2 and 7) R0 one off + R60pm and girl (age 15) completely Free. We went back when they were added to medical aid and vitality and confirmed prices again with Andile. We then went and got required papers and I returned with kids dressed and ready. He said I had to do one contract at a time. I finished my contract and paid. They then said it would increase from R130 to R200pm after half a month, I said ok. Then came our foster daughter and suddenly instead of being free she was R200pm. So without the boys we were already looking at R340 more a month then when we walked in. This was not the price we were told and I requested it all be cancelled. It broke my heart as the kids were all dressed and excited but committing to Contracts of R800pm and not the R300 and something we were quoted is too much. I felt deceived and now I have to wait a week to get my money back - let the kids down - very poor and disappointing experience.
