Admin fee

When asked to change my membership from Sanctuary to Waterstone, the customer service agent gave me a fair R70 admin fee which is to be paid at the club. An additional person phoned the following day to say if I would like to pay the fee via a link I can do so- she also mentioned the amount of R70. The link came through which now stipulated an amount of R270 to be paid???????? Virgin active this is highly unacceptable. I have been a loyal member for years and years and now this has really encouraged me to cancel this membership on principle and take business elsewhere.
