Activation fee reversal

I was wanting to sign up with virgin active. When they swiped my card for the activation fee I was shocked, and requested that it be reversed as the fee was R1865.00 I was told they couldnt reverse the fee on the speed point and that they would call their bank and not process the transaction. The next day the money was off my account. After a week of emails and calls to the gym I am still without my money even though i was promised it was refunded and would be in my account 3 days after. I have spoke to the sales manager and the club manager , I said if i have no feedback by mid day on the 27th of OCtober I would go to socail media I still have no response. Extremely angry !!!!
