Activation Fee after being a client for over 7 years!

I find it hard to believe that me simply changing from Momentum to Discovery that the admin fee required to change the medical aid on the system is R1865 each for my gf and I. I have been a member of Virgin Active for over 7 years and believe this is outrages to say the least!

If this is the case, I will rather pay the admin fee to Planet Fitness and immediately cancel my membership as this is absolutely unfair!

Please be advise if you converting your membership to a new Corporate membership there is joining fee required to pay , In order to activate your membership you would need to complete a Vitality application.
