Accused to owe Virgin Active when im not even a memeber

I am being told that i have an account with Virgin active that i took in Rustenburg while i live in Johannesburg... Apparently i owe some money but they dont even have my account details..

How is it possible that i have went to their gym when they never billed me?

Apparently signatures are the same, how many timed do people forge other's signatures?

Please fix this and take my details off your system i can never gym with your gym as it is ridiculously expensive.
