Accounts Department

What a bunch of idiots..the accounts departments specifically!! went to gym this morning 23rd June after a month due to fasting. The guy tells me that my May debit order never got paid, I then showed him my statement and clearly shows a debit of R400 on the 28th May. He mentioned that they tried to call me but his not sure why?? He was great! said I could come in but after that I decided to leave. Accounts Dep - you have my email address why not mail me? Accounts Dep - You have my mobile number why not text me? Accounts Dep - Keep me informed if something is wrong Accounts Dep - Please send me proof that you tried to call me Accounts Dep - Do you f job!!
