Account not cancelled as requested

I cancelled my membership a few weeks ago as I am now living in Japan, and was told that a final amount of around R30 would be debited off my account. This morning I see that R672 was debited off my account. This seems to indicate that my account was not cancelled as requested. Please urgently respond and let me know what is going on. Please see that my account is cancelled and refund my money. This is totally unacceptable, how can you guys not process a simple account cancellation?? My ID number is ********** 175085.
