Account in Arrears from 2011

So according to a new system that VA implemented I owe them 3 months of subs from 2011. What's strange about this is that I have had multiple contracts with VA after 2011 and not once was I told about this arrears. Then I am also being told that they tried on multiple occasions to contact me and now I have been handed over, not sure to who because they haven't contacted me either. Where it gets frustrating is how could you not contact me when I was a paying contracted member with you multiple times thereafter. And now when I want to renew I owe you money from 6 years ago surely you could have realised this a long time ago. Then if your system is so good it wouldn't have allowed me to sign up again now take my money for the registration and then a week later say I owe money. They have just lost a client who has been with the brand since 2006/7 until now. To VA - one thing you guys need to learn in today's market it's hard to keep a client but 100 times harder to gain a new one!
