ACCOUNT DETAILS MODIFIED WITHOUT CONSENT
I have been a member since February 2014. When it came to terminating my contract, I was told my account is in arrears. However i have never once changed my account details!!! I called the Head Office where they were also of no assistance and i even emailed the managing directer at the Hatfield branch which after one reply was completely ignored. Now i can't terminate my contract and i am forced to continue all due to the fact that they changed my details without my consent.
