<p>To who it concerns</p> <p><br />I missed my november membership payment of R215. I made arrangements for the outstanding amount to be collected on the 22nd of december 2016. </p> <p><br />Suprisingly it was collected on the 12th, which resulted in a R115 dishour fee charged by my bank. Im unhappy about this as you disregarded my payment arrangement. If i make arrangements i should trust you to debit me on the agreed date. Why did you debit me on the wrong date? </p> <p><br />Secondly, on the 23rd of december u debited me R710 (215 outstanding + 280 for jan and 215 for jan, i have 2 memberships for me 215 and my brother 280) and correctly so.
