Access Denied to use gym in Randburg

I'm so annoyed with the service I got at Virgin Active Malibongwe in Randburg. I joined around March 2023 and I was not told that my membership was to only have access at boulders in Midrand. I was told I can use the one in Malibongwe as I signed up for the peak hours contract. I have used the gym twice then life got busy. Today I went there and then they tell me I can't use their gym. Firstly U was not even told about boulders when I signed up, secondly I have requested my contract and till now I do not have it. Fix this nonsense! I cannot sign up for a gym in midrand when I stay in Randburg it does not make sense!! This is *******!
