Access card

Hi<br> <br> This nonsense of needing the stupid access card and if you lose it you have to pay again is really getting on my nerves. We are in the 21st century, have you not heard of biometric access control? You are in the business of Fitness, not selling stupid access cards. Worst of all is, you have a 5000% markup on these stupid things or even more. I cannot see one of these cards costing you more than R2, but you want to charge me around R100 for a new one? Has this become your biggest business now? How is having a stupid card more secure than me typing in my ID number? The same details gets displayed on your stupid screen but now your receptionist needs to work for 5 seconds more? How awful... <br> <br> I pay my bills religiously every month, never missed a payment to you guys in my life so why are you now telling me you will REFUSE me entry to your gym if i dont pay your rediculous amount for a new card? Give me a new card at a FAIR price, or start using biometric systems because I am sure im not the only person getting ****ed off about this nonsense... Even a smaller tag which is not so huge that i can attach to my car keys would be better than a stupid old barcode card. <br> <br>
