Abusive

<p>I was a member of virgin active for many years. My son got terminally ill and I left my job to care for him. I had no income. I called virgin active three times and asked them to give me time to pay them as I have No income. My son passed away and I called them last week and asked them to give me time to pay off R570. The woman confirmed that it was allright. I asked time until End of July. They immediately handed me over to mbd lawyers. Mbd calls me eight times per day every day. I am very disappointed in virgin active. That is what I get for being a good member while I am trying to cope with my son's death!</p>
