Absolutely pathetic

Pathetic service. I was wanting to cancel my contract and a sales person phoned me to say they will offer 50% off my contract for 3 months . I did so, now I am getting calls every single day regarding outstanding amount. I do not owe you anything ! The staff who call are absolutely rude and have no respect for customers . I will be cancelling my contract fully now. You just lost a customer .
