Absolutely NO HELP OR END IN SIGHT!

I’m literally at my wits end with dealing with your *********** staff, to name one in particular, Elisha Williams! I have sent her multiple emails regarding something that should have been a very easy thing to fix given that it’s because of your defective systems that my gym visit points were not allocated! I can already see this week is going to be the same thing again as it did not capture my Thursday and Friday visit yet again because your systems were yet again offline! I’m getting sick and tired of missing my Discovery goal streaks because of Virgin Active! When you call in with a problem, after waiting 32 minutes on hold!? You get the non-chalant help of your staff like Elisha Williams whom does not respond to multiple emails and ignores me! I wasn’t this matter resolved with someone who actually cares to see it through
