A pleasure from start to finish

In the last couple of weeks I have the displeasure of dealing with come horrific customer service from two different companies, but the level of service that I got from Junaid at Virgin Active Constantia made me forget about that for a moment.<br> <br> There was a mix-up with our details being sent to the wrong branch. We live in Roodepoort, but somehow Junaid got the instruction to call us (from Cape Town). He could've handed me off to the Roodepoort branch, but he didn't. Instead he explained the contract to me, filled out the application on my behalf and sent it over. I signed the contract, paid the sign-up fee and the next day he informed me that my card was ready for collection at the Roodepoort branch. It could not have been simpler.<br> <br> Thank you, Junaid, for your excellent service. In South Africa the trend seems to be terrible service all round, so dealing with you was definitely a refreshing experience.<br> <br>
