A disappointing disaster

The facilities are poorly managed and maintained, with renovations only beginning after over 20 years of stagnation. The staff is demotivated and lacks competence, and the classes fail to meet international standards—just like the brand as a whole, which feels stuck in the past. The prices are inflated, and for some reason, their monthly rates without contracts are higher than those of reputable international gyms. My phone was ****** at one of their locations in Cape Town, and despite filing a police report, the so-called "manager" did nothing to help. This reflects the local attitude, unfortunately—just sitting on the job. Hygiene standards are also neglected, with members using saunas without towels and pouring the contents of their personal water bottles over the hot stones. It's just gross. I would advise avoiding this place entirely. It's a total letdown. I'm glad I finally got a gym at home.
