A Customer Service Department Actually Exists?!?!?!

This was the email from their head of customer service which although commendable but so late to the party.

Virgin Active Little Falls, aerobics instructor had damaged my wife's hearing causing her to get tinnitus. They hid behind their legal terms and conditions removing them from any blame.

Their Ts & Cs protects them from their blatant negligence especially with that dont care attitude.

We have raised numerous complaints for them to please reduce the volume of the music in their classes. Yes, we understand people love the vibe, the beat, the intensity etc. but when people starting complaining about it being obnoxiously loud then you should listen.

We've been to the Honeydew and Kings Park clubs and it is no where as loud as this club.

Why did I put this little "violin moment" up there?

It was surprising that VA has a customer service department because you would think this organization never bothered about their member's safety.

The ONLY good thing about VA is the facilities and their warm staff at reception.

Oh well, the circle of life always comes around!
