I have an contract with Virgin Active which i was meant to receive a promotion when i signed up and you guys tell me you don't know what promotion there was?? I called your head office and they said i should contact the gym. Which is still trying to find out what promotion it was. Can you please sort this out ASAP. Please contact me ASAP
