50% write off

I I went to Virgin Active to join as a member. The sales consultant asked if I was a member before I said no I was a stuff member and I do have arrears I was once a tenent. He offered me 50%off to clear my debts I did that and paid my joining fee, 2days later I receive a call from him saying my contact can not be authorized I have to pay 100% of my PT account I didn't not disclose that I was a tenant of which I did. I called the head office but still no help.

I'm very disappointed with Virgin Active this is a brand I worked for I woke up 04:30 with pride. I worked as a PT, FI and a service ambassador of this brand but can not offer me 50% off to join as a member.I'm highly disappointed it's not even 2 months since I left as a service ambassador due to relocation.
