4 'Free' student club changes but UCT is not on their list?

We are told that we have to pay R200 every time when our daughter comes home because the UCT holidays do not coincide with Virgin's list of holidays. UCT is one of the largest universities in SA. How is this not ******ion? Staff in accounts have been unhelpful and i am yet to wait for a manager to call me back. Head office are just not interested .
