35% increase for Vitality members
I am unhappy with the increase for vitality members of more than 35%! The Victoria gym is in a poor shape and I don't see why I should pay 35% more for it next year. At 35% i would rather cancel my membership and with that my Discovery vitality membership.

Please accept my apologies for any frustration.
Vitality will dropping their subsidy from 80% to 75% in 2016. This means that you will be paying for 25% of the Virgin Active membership fee and not 20% as in the past. The increased membership fee for 2016 is made up of the difference in subsidy as well as the standard increase.
Please be assured that we will continue to reinvest in our Clubs and will continue our initiatives around energy and water saving, while at the same time continuing to bring you innovative new classes, facilities and a world-class experience.
